Clinical Education Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Clinical Education Manager with a disruptive start up. This role will primarily support the development and execution of high-quality training and education programs. They will also work closely with marketing, Sales, and R&D. 

• Provides leadership for the West Clinical Education Specialist team
• Participates in the design, development and execution of customer education programs to strategically drive business objectives, with a focus on customer requirements.
• Participates in the design and provides leaderships for the execution of implementation strategies and programs to address barriers to procedure adoption.

Requirements: 

• Proven management experience with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to engage, motivate and develop a team and possess the ability to manage growth and adapt to a continuously evolving business environment.
• Experience (5+ years) experience in the health care/medical industry
• Preferred clinical and education experience with Ultrasound and advanced imaging technologies
• Ability to travel 70% within region
• BA or BS preferred
