Our client specializes in engineering and fabrication of rig systems, wellbore technologies and completion and production solutions.

Job Summary

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating Horizontal Mills. HBM experience is a plus. This job requires significant experience in setting up machines, setting tooling, and editing/adjusting programs as needed. Solid understanding of blueprint reading including GD&T symbols and tolerancing.

Job Description

• Successful candidate will be responsible for producing quality products in a safe and timely manner
• Loading and unloading of parts using overhead cranes and loading/unloading parts using overhead cranes are required abilities
• Identifying problems before the production run to avoid running out of tolerance parts
• Excellent understanding of measuring equipment and tolerancing.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting tools
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
• Comply with all Client Company and HSE policies and procedures

Skills Required

• Must machining experience
• 5-10+ years operating a CNC mill
• Job shop experience preferred

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to work overtime when required and stand for long periods of time
• Schedule:
  • The CNC HMC machinist position is for the evening shift (3:30 pm to 12:00 am), and the cnc machinist v position is for the day shift.

Pay Rate/Salary

• $65,520 - $71,760 annually. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skill set and/or location.
