Custodian
8:00am-4:00pm and $16.50 an hour

To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Daily cleaning of:
  • Restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, and mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building
  • Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
  • Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets and warehouse office rugs
  • Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)
  • Weekly cleaning of:
  • Lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators
  • Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly
  • Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed
  • Notify maintenance of any repairs needed
  • Launder all cleaning cloths and linens
QUALIFICATIONS 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
