POSITION DETAILS
Reporting to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Workforce Development & Continuing Education is a member of the Provost???s leadership team and plans, directs, manages, and oversees a broad range of workforce development initiatives and the new development of continuing education offerings at the College. The Dean will provide overall direction and strategic leadership of Workforce Development and Continuing Education operations and finances, consistent with the mission and vision of the College. The Dean serves on the Guttman Academic Affairs Cabinet and provides management, counsel, and feedback on policy and administrative issues related to workforce development. The Dean will serve on committees and subcommittees at the College/University and represent the College in engagements with relevant external higher education organizations that improve the standing, reputation, and impact of the College.

This immersive approach equips Guttman students with the foundation of knowledge and skills essential to their intellectual, social, civic, and professional endeavors in and beyond the classroom. The College admitted its first cohort of 300 students in August 2012 and has established a bold goal to increase enrollment as informed by its new strategic plan (Guttman Forward 2028). QUALIFICATIONS
This position is in CUNY???s Executive Compensation Plan. All executive positions require a minimum of a Bachelor???s degree and eight years??? related experience.

$150,000 - $155,000; Salary commensurate with education and experience.

A majority of our students enroll directly out of high school.
