Shift: Mid Shift

Clean and sanitize food service and preparation ware. Maintain cleanliness and
sanitation of dish room, pot room, and kitchen area.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Scrape and spray all ware before it is placed into the ware-washing machine.
2. Operate all ware-washing machinery properly.
3. Rack all china and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid
confusion and breakage.
4. Ensure that all ware is clean and sanitary before leaving the dish and pot room
areas.
5. Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas.
6. Keep ware-washing area clean and safe.
7. Keep ware-washing machinery clean and report any problems with machinery to
supervisor.
8. Clean work area, drains, and machinery properly at the end of each shift.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education High school diploma or equivalent experience. Must
communicate in the English language (written and oral) to
the understanding of customers, guests, and co-workers.

Lift/carry over 50 lbs. Reach hands and arms in any direction Kneel and/or stoop repeatedly Able to grasp, lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs from ground to waist level. Able to push/pull a cleaning cart weighing up to 200 lbs to and from the housekeeping station to each guest room.
