Job Description - Dock Associate

Let Volt Help You Move Forward! Volt is immediately hiring for Dock Associates in Greenville, South Carolina As a dock associate , you will:
• Loads and unload freight using suitable material – handling equipment safely and efficiently. Utilize RF scanner to allow package tracking to ensure on time, error free delivery.
• Maintain accuracy when sorting out packages based on customer and delivery routes.
• Safeguard cross dock operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols.
• Ensures dock areas are clean and free of debris to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conducts daily inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local and internal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Performs other duties as required. This is a FULL-TIME opportunity. Schedule: Monday – Friday 12pm-close The ideal candidate will have:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Previous experience is a plus.

Pay Rate: $14.00/Hourly. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
