• Responsible for maintaining all floors in the building
• Assure a safe, clean, sanitary, and attractive living and working environment for residents according to standardized floor care methods and established schedules.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experiences and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in floor care or maintenance is preferred
