Maintenance Custodian / Driver

Creative Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Custodian / Driver to join our thriving team in Maumee, Ohio. The Custodian/Driver position is designed to maintain our buildings and shop in a clean and safe manner. This position will also perform local deliveries for clients between warehouse and office locations and to acquire materials from local vendors. Flexible hours are available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide facility cleaning services 
• Clean and maintain assigned areas within the shop
• Remove rubbish from designated areas 
• Perform vehicle inspection reports daily
• Maintain cleanliness of interior/exterior of vehicles
• Provide safe and efficient delivery and pick up of materials and properties
• Preventative maintenance on shop equipment

 
Position Requirements:

• High School or equivalent education
• Ability to understand health and safety information
• Ability to organize work to meet daily deadlines
• Valid Driver’s license without restrictions
• Ability to drive various sized vehicles from a transit van up to a 26’ Box Truck
