Job Description
Drive sales and increase Dior market share through education and events within Sephora and Ulta. Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of training strategies and event ambitions to exceed sales goals in the Specialty/Multi retailer landscape. Building and maintaining strong partnerships within the Dior New York Office and Dior Field Team will be critical to the success of this role.
This position will also engage, coach, and develop the field team that supports Sephora and Ulta. It will focus on achieving sales and event-specific goals through leadership of strategy for Education and Sales Visits and event execution. Social media and product expertise will be a significant component of the role as a way to elevate the artistry and training presence on the team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Education:
- Responsible for generating an education reporting/ROI analysis to gain insight into program's retail impact.
- Analyze and share learnings of education’s impact on sales.
- Elevate product knowledge and artistry skills as it relates to Dior Field Team
- Ensure the Dior field team is executing events and education through:
- Training tools for makeup, skincare and fragrance launches
- Training Sheets and follow-up materials
- Education and Sales Visit Showcase sheets
- Coach Dior Field team on artistry, presentation, and training skills for store visits and large trainings.
- Facilitate Cluster Trainings if/when needed.
- Place all gratis orders for field based on forecasted quantities.
Events :
- Create and implement an event reporting platform to track results from Sephora FSC and Brand Led events, as well as Ulta Brand Led events; measure impact on launches, brand priorities, and overall business.
- Track sales results from elevated visual supported events, including but not limited to Window Takeovers and Mega Takeovers.
- Analyze and share learnings of event execution’s impact on sales.
- Gather collateral needs and owned tools from field; work with Director to source additional event and education tools for the field.
- Ensure events are set up and executed to Dior brand image guidelines, along with Director and VM Manager.
Overall :
- Partner with Education and Events Managers to forecast and allocate budgets for gratis programs, education and event tools, allocations, and event engagements.
- Evaluate the competition from an Education and Events perspective at both retailers; report findings to relevant departments and make recommendations for program enhancement and development.
- Maintain cutting edge social presence showcasing artistry posts to elevate brand awareness.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Makeup Artistry experience
- 5+ years of Education/Training experience
- Demonstrated experience and success in training and developing high performing teams
- Demonstrated social media knowledge and presence with artistry representation
- Intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must possess excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work across teams
- 20% - 30% Travel Required
