As the Medical Education Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the Regional Sales Teams and the Marketing department to strategize and execute local and regional healthcare professional (HCP) training events. Additionally, you will work with Marketing to integrate our Annual Marketing Plan into larger regional training initiatives, particularly focused on Foot & Ankle products, ensuring the success of these events.

What you will do

The HCP Medical Education Program Manager is responsible for the training and education planning for the safe use of Stryker products in the field.. Responsibilities will include the planning and execution of training programs including but not limited to local and regional third-party events, workshops, cadaveric labs, mobile lab programs, and surgical observations in the field. This role supports the Central and Mid-Atlantic region of the country.

• Partner with Medical Education Teams to create and execute a field education strategy and execution including development of customized Education Plans for Teaching Institutions
• Align field education strategy with Med Ed & Marketing Organizations
• Lead the planning and execution of HCP field-based training; responsibilities include submitting requests for training equipment, cadavers, sawbones, consultants, creating educational materials, ec.
• Must initiate and develop processes that are efficient and accommodate the growth and needs of all constituencies (Trauma, F&A and UE)
• Partner with Mobile lab team to plan and execute local trainings in the field
• Manage local and regional industry conference grant facilitation, meeting planning and execution with local/regional teams
• Provide onsite support, as needed, to National Education Programs and National Third Party Programs
• Understand the local needs for education at a regional level to develop and execute plans, build metrics to understand success and gain buy in from Leadership
• Coordinate and conduct both live and virtual trainings and programs that motivates, builds competence, and improves HCP education
• Assess and evaluate results of trainings and programs to continuously improve experience for HCPs
• Maintain excellent partnership and coordination with Medical Education and marketing partners to ensure alignment with top priorities
• Share best practices across territories, with marketing, etc.
• Develop programs to adapt to customer needs and business priorities

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required
• 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

$75,300 – $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
