• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassion and dedication to providing quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
