The Practice Leader is a licensed professional or non-registered graduate with 15+ years experience. The position oversees the Education K-12 project team and acts as senior client liaison and is responsible for client satisfaction with Baker Barrios. They manage the financial aspects of the center of excellence, managing/coordinating staffing and communicating with the assigned BBA managing principal or other designated supervisor, and other Practice Leaders as required. They are responsible for managing the day to day operations of the center of excellence, including the professional development of individuals within the team. The Practice Leader projects the Baker Barrios brand internally and externally through their leadership. Ultimate responsibility for Client relations, Practice financials and Development of staff.
