Job Description - APP Education Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Advanced Practice Practitioner Education Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs that provide initial and ongoing education and clinical support for using our innovative products. Key Responsibilities: Develop Educational Curriculum: Create ongoing educational programs to support the adoption and development of therapies.
Build Community: Foster a supportive community of to enhance therapy development.
Training Programs: Design and implement initial and continuous training programs for targeted APPs.
Program Coordination: Plan, direct, and conduct training sessions, including site identification, negotiation, proctor selection, and travel arrangements.
Field Team Education: Assist in educating the sales and clinical teams on supporting APPs with ongoing clinical support and education.
Customer Presentations: Deliver effective educational presentations to APPs and patients about our products and programs.
Clinical Relationships: Build strong relationships with target customers and key opinion leaders in the field.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs for new and existing employees and customers.
Event Participation: Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
Expense Management: Manage expenses in line with company policies and procedures.
Professionalism: Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional company image.
Requirements: Experience: 5-7 years of successful medical device or clinical experience, preferably in neuromodulation or interventional pain fields.
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in developing and managing training programs for physicians or employees, with experience in speaking or proctoring.
Patient Experience: Prior experience working with pain patients is desired.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or PA-C/RN (or related field), along with relevant work experience.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and motivate effectively across multiple teams and team members.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%.
