Manager, Education

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Manager of Education. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering our global educational strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing certificate course delivery, implementing tailored programs, overseeing e-learning initiatives, and curating sessions that address the dynamic needs of today's marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and manage new educational content, sessions, certificates, prep-courses, and e-learning modules to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders, external partners, and member communities. Execute our learning strategy by identifying areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions, and delivering educational programs that provide tangible value to our organization, members, and industry at large. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with universities and certificate providers, overseeing projects and instructor assignments. Monitor performance metrics, evaluate outcomes, and manage budgets to ensure successful program implementation. Measure the effectiveness of our learning programs through various channels such as surveys, social media, interviews, and focus groups. Utilize feedback to optimize our offerings and enhance the overall learning experience for our participants. Engage with students, provide support, and ensure a seamless learning journey for our certificate classes and courses. Administer post-course activities including revenue processing, certificate issuance, and database management. Experience & Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in education, adult learning, training and development, management, or related fields. Proven track record of coaching speakers and instructors, with expertise in train-the-trainer methodologies. Bachelor's degree in adult learning, education, or equivalent experience and training. Additional Information: This role may involve occasional travel, less than 20% annually.
