Provides good communication promoting the department philosophy that that a good quality system is based on a good culture involving everyone. Provides first-level leadership and leads daily team activities while supervising quality analyst professionals in their assignment. Provides first-level leadership and monitors the quality analysis process to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered. Contribute to regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues. Organizes training for quality assurance staff to enhance their skill and knowledge of product/services quality requirements.
Assist with management decisions and activities. Additional Skills Preferred: Good Communication Skills
Strong background with J-STD-001, IPC-610 and IPC-620 specifications Strong experience in reading blueprints.
Hands on experience with wiring, soldering, and harnessing
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Required: Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Level up to Secret

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
