The Role:
As an Education and Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive training materials to empower both internal teams and external customers in utilizing our platform effectively. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging video courses, producing written guides, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product understanding and usability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update video training courses and written materials for various proficiency levels in billing on our platform.
Collaborate with the Educational Content team to produce high-quality video content and knowledge base articles.
Research and test new features, providing insights to engineering and product teams.
Create and stage scenarios within our software for demonstration purposes.
Learn and utilize video editing software for content creation and final editing.
Enroll users in relevant courses and ensure knowledge base articles are up to date.
Assist in crafting in-app guides to enhance feature awareness and utilization.
Preferred Requirements: Proficiency in billing within our EMR platform.
Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of billing experience in outpatient therapy or EMR industry.
Experience conducting large team training sessions.
Previous experience in creating and recording training videos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning new software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
