Performs support functions for the admission and discharge process for the Assisted Living facility as requested by the Admissions Coordinator, nursing staff, maintenance staff, residents, and families. High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Previous customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills strongly preferred. Previous long-term care experience or experience working in the medical field preferred. Must have basic Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel knowledge.
