RN Case Manager - Advanced Care - Educator

Responsibilities:

• Research and organize/provide ongoing mandatory training opportunities, including, but not limited to BLS classes
• Conduct facility audits and present results to facility management staff
• Acute Educator: Minimum Experience: 5 years of full-time acute care dialysis experience as an RN
• Assists Agency leadership with achieving corporate goals, analyzing data, improving patient care outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Participates in Agency quality assessment performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures that staff complete and maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation reflecting the assessment, intervention, education and evaluation according to Federal, Department of Health and The Joint Commission standards.
• Assists in the recruitment, selection, development and retention of nursing staff.

License: A current Registered Nurse License
