Responsibilities
• Create daily client visit schedule based on needs • Fill schedule gaps when cancellations occur • Complete required documentation • Ensure caregivers are following company protocols • Update care plans for assigned clients • Provide education and training to caregiving staff • Perform routine nursing visits as needed • Provide hands-on personal care in urgent situations • Act as liaison between contract nurses, clients, and management • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Driver's License • Own Personal Vehicle • Degree: RN • Prior home care experience required • Prior supervisory experience helpful
