Description

Onepay is seeking a hard-working, motivated & highly detail-oriented candidate to fill our Sales Representative job position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting to hit our aggressive sales goals as we work to become the leading product and service in the industry.

As a Sales Executive , you will identify sales opportunities, communicate with prospects, identify potential customers and leads, and become an expert in Onepay’s products and services. This role will work directly with our sales and marketing team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make commissions from each sale
  • Drive the completion of the application process, follow-ups, and close deals.
  • Set up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners.
  • Work closely with staff in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership.
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.
  • Generate opportunities via cold-calling and cold-emailing.
  • Help our customers understand how to use our services effectively.
  • Light tech support on your customers equipment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust via intent-based leads.
  • Manage CRM tool and data.

Requirements

Required Experience/Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer relationship experience
  • Strong phone presence and ability to connect without being face to face
  • Established listening and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work in a high-paced environment
  • Positive, persuasive communicator
  • Persistence to push through the “no’s”, and drive to get to “yes”

Education

BA / BS degree or equivalent (preferred)

Schedule

Monday to Friday

9am to 6pm

This role requires the employee to be fully on-site.
