We are currently seeking to hire Part Time Servers.

Starting Rate; $15.65 per hour

Monday-Sunday :Weeknights and Weekend nights

Position Summary:

Working with the dining team, dining leadership and award winning chef's you will be responsible for day-to-day dining activities to serve staff, residents and visitors of Ingleside at King Farm.

Summary of requirements:

Serving:

• Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival. Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Accurately takes guest orders. Orders are entered on a computer system.
• Cleans, stocks, and maintains the workstations throughout shift.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Correctly and precisely calculates each guest check.
• Works as a strong team member with all IKF staff.

Performance and Professionalism:

• Maintains professional presence when representing Ingleside at King Farm
• Maintains resident confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing confidential matters.
• Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior with residents, families, co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, and other department staff.
• Maintains positive working relationships with leadership and coworkers; willingly follows directions and requests as appropriate.
• Exhibits professional standards through appearance and demeanor.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of work assignments and performs in a manner to meet quality and timeliness objectives.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures; seeks clarification or interpretation from appropriate supervisor when needed.
