Paraprofessional - Immediate Need for School-based Paraprofessionals PHRS has built a reputation for referring highly qualified professionals for rewarding opportunities. Our client is seeking motivated Special Education Paraprofessionals and Instructional Aides to provide learning support. Base pay is based on Education and exp. AVAILABLE HOURS:
School hours (Monday to Friday)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:

• Assist Teacher coordinate and implement daily lesson plans and activities.
• Assist with maintaining developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Keep the Teacher informed of students' abilities and challenges while participating in classroom activities and events.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Associate's Degree or Para Pro Certificate.
• Must be technically savvy.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a positive and engaging demeanor with students and parents/guardians.
• Compensation rate varies depending on experience, education, and ability.
• Must be available Monday through Friday during school business hours.
