Since 1994, Liberty POST has offered its clients a range of high-quality, individualized services. Originally a speech-language practice in Syracuse, we now provide a range of services throughout New York State. We employ over 200 professional in a variety of settings. We’ve invested a considerable amount of capital into technology development to stream-line our practice, keeping our staff in constant contact with critical information and with each other. In additional to our services, Liberty POST is approved by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) as a continuing education provider-keeping our staff up to date in their fields. Liberty POST currently provides services to children in Central New York (Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Tompkins Counties), Western New York (Monroe, Erie, Niagara Counties) and Hudson Valley (Orange, Dutchess and Ulster Counties.
Position Summary:
Liberty POST is currently seeking motivated and energetic Early Childhood Special Education Teachers for part time and/or full time employment to work with children who are birth-5 years old through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree preferred.
At least 1 year of early Childhood Experience.
NYS teaching certification in B-2nd grade students with disabilities (or permanent certification in Special Education).
Valid Driver’s License
