Title: MS SQL Data Architect with State Government Exp.(Education Background Only)

The Department is seeking a Data Architect professional with the following minimum qualifications (these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):
- Bachelor s Degree
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle
- 7+ years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2008
- Experience as MS SQL database administrator inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- 6+ years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked servers.
- 6+ years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service- oriented, multi-tiered environments.
- 6+ years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
- 6+ years of experience in Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and
- Experience with Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desired
- Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology
- Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics:
- High-profile
- Multiple technologies and functions
- Experience working in state
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user
A. Deliverables/Tasks
The Data Architect key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of
