Student Nursing Assistant - Nursing Education

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, coordinate and implement staff education and training programs.
• Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve training and educational curricula to meet the evolving needs of the agency and strive to improve the quality of support provided to individuals we serve.
• Ensure the curricula are up to date and in alignment with agency and regulatory standards.
• Assess the learning needs of adult learners and tailor educational opportunities to meet diverse learning styles and ensure effective learning.
• Enhance the learning experience and foster new skill development, utilizing a variety of training techniques and methods of instruction.
• Monitor employee compliance with annual competencies and skill attestation.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to develop and facilitate the orientation process of all new nurses.

License:

• A current Registered Nurse License
