Peony Kitchen Bellevue in Bellevue, WA is looking for bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. No previous experience in bartending required but you must have 2+ years of serving experience at a high volume restaurant. Must be able to work mornings. We are looking for relatively inexperienced people who are willing to learn how to bartend. This is a great opportunity to get paid to learn how to bartend and upgrade your resume or just get your foot in the door to bartending.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
