Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. Serving fliers since 2018, Delaware North operates food, beverage, and retail services at Boston’s Logan International Airport. Restaurants such as the Boston Bruins Bar, Pei Wei, B. Good Burger, Monica’s Mercato, Alta Strada, Mija Cantina, and Wolfgang Puck Pizza bring the passion and distinctive flavors of the city to the airport. The Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States and the primary hub for the New England region. Delaware North team members receive paid shift meals, and paid parking or transit. 

  • Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members. Provide performance feedback and corrective action when required, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience
  • Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting
  • Maintain the implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures
  • Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
  • No college degree required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
