Responsibilities
• Lead and direct daily operations of the restaurant in absence of the General Manager. • Train and motivate crew members, assist in training new crew members. • Perform all Crew Member tasks, follow Marco's procedures for food preparation. • Operate machinery in accordance with safety requirements. • Maintain cleanliness of the store and support other employees. • Assist General Manager in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and team development. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventative maintenance program. • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of crew members. • Ensure fast, accurate, and outstanding service, consistent with company standards. • Complete all other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Valid driver's license. • ServSafe certified preferred. • Physical requirement: must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift minimum 50 lbs. • Maintain compliance with training certification requirements and company policies. • Maintain positive attitude and adherence to health and safety regulations. • Maintain just-opened store and personal appearance. • Demonstrate teamwork, sense of urgency, and adherence to company policies.
