Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervising and directing the Assistant Managers and team members.
- Making staffing decisions such as hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, and scheduling
- Communicate with the GM and Executive Chef regarding corporate business objectives, issues, and requirements
Manager Qualifications:
- 2-plus years of experience in a Full-Service restaurant environment with knowledge of wine and craft cocktails.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
- Implement training and development plans and train staff to provide outstanding guest service
- Marriott experience
