Manager Job Description:

Maintains excellence in guest service and quality control of operations. Leads the Culver’s crew to consistently exceed the company’s mission of ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

Responsibilities :

• Bring positive energy to work every day that is infectious to the team.
• Runs shifts effectively to ensure excellent guest service while providing delicious fresh food.
• Consistently ensures guests receive quality products with a sense of urgency.
• Works with General Manager to carry out policies and procedures
• Analyzes financial information to help grow restaurant profitability.
• Routinely monitors and coaches team on safety best practices related to the Culver’s hazard communication program and workplace safety.
• Empowers team to give each guest a great experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency and ability to train crew members on all restaurant positions.
• Provides ongoing development of crew.
• Follows and encourages team to follow all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Most importantly, a genuine smiling personality with eagerness to serve other
• Open availability/ flexible schedule
• Restaurant leadership experience
• Must be willing to frequently work both lunch and dinner shifts
• Must be willing to work until close, approx. 11pm, 1-2 nights per week
• Must be willing to work 2 days out of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday weekly
• Must provide 1-2 professional references
