Parched Hospitality Group's latest restaurant concept, Isla & Co .   is an upscale, Australian inspired café serving specialty coffee and brunch dishes by day and a seasonally curated cocktail and dinner program by night. Our newest Isla & Co. location has recently opened in   Buckhead, Atlanta and we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Barista to join our team!!!

  Baristas   at Isla & Co. are a jack of all trades. They have the ability to greet guests, steam every kind of milk under the sun, make a beautiful latte, and will hop on the floor if needed to take orders from our guests. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming and passionate about delivering an excellent experience (and espresso!) to all of those who step through our doors. We truly believe that every great day starts with a fresh cup of coffee and ends with a perfectly crafted espresso martini.

As the Barista you will:

• Create and serve a variety of espresso based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more!)
• Weigh and dial in espresso shots
• Ensure top quality execution of all beverages (hint: latte art!!!!)
• Greet and interact with guests, creating an environment that is friendly, positive and down to earth
• Maintain and regularly clean/sanitize the espresso machine and work station
• Share knowledge and suggest menu items to our guests
