Bartender - Hilton Garden Inn SeaTac

The Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport is looking to hire an additional GREAT person to join the team as Bartender for the Hilton Garden Inn Bar & Grille. Bartenders enjoy creating refreshing fun cocktails while maintaining engaging conversations with our guests.

The perfect candidate will possess at least 2 previous years of bartending experience with intermediate knowledge of local spirits and whiskies and enjoys working amongst seasoned travelers. We are looking for someone reliable and can work weekends.

What does a typical day as Bartender look like?

1. Maintain and count cash bank at the beginning of each shift, properly recoding all transactions via the PMS.
2. Following state laws and guidelines, along with hotel policies regarding proper identification procedures, overconsumption, correct pouring procedures, cleanliness, customer service, etc.
3. Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
4. Knowledge of Hilton Garden Inn food and beverage specifications
5. Ensure that all guests are promptly and courteously served.
6. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position.
7. Side tasks such as stocking the bar and storage, recycling, assisting servers in cases of high restaurant occupancy,
