ASSISTANT KTICHEN MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full-service BOH manager for at least two or more years in a high-volume corporate structure
• History of success in developing high-performing teams
• Passion for elevated guest experience
• High level of energy and passion for restaurant operations
• Good work tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years 
• NRO experience is a bonus
• Bilingual - English | Spanish
