Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to expand our urgent care services. This role focuses on actively selling and marketing our urgent care plans to local businesses, initially targeting the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in increasing our patient count and enhancing the visibility and engagement of local businesses with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively market and sell urgent care and occupational health services to local businesses, with a primary focus on the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industries.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase daily patient counts and the number of local businesses utilizing our services.

- Identify and define target markets and business opportunities through data mining, market research, and industry experience.

- Represent the company in sales calls, presentations, industry events, and through direct engagement with businesses and medical practices.

- Create and manage departmental budgets and assume full accountability for the management of business opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service and marketing.

- Participate in job fairs, brand awareness events, and manage social media content in coordination with the Digital Media Director.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies with measurable results.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to conduct direct sales appointments, both cold and warm calls.

- Creative and cooperative approach to work within a fast-growing organization.

- Independent, motivated, and results-driven, capable of establishing and nurturing lasting business relationships.
