Culinary Server

Regent at Burnsville,  a 150-bed independent and assisted living campus, is hiring compassionate  Part-Time Culinary  Servers to join our team. Excellent hours for students - 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm

No senior care experience necessary! We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. We will train you for this position! 

There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varying schedules including some weekends and holidays.

Hours : 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Evening) (Longer shifts available upon exceptional work performance)

Pay: $15.00 / hour, plus free meals!

What does a Server do?

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.  

What does a Server require?

• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!
