• Complaining vs sharing needed information
• Tone of voice and non-verbal’s are respectful (caution when using sarcasm)
• Treat each other how you want to be treated 
• Tell the truth and don't get offended when others share feedback
• Zero gossip-tell the person who needs to hear the information and leave out the others
• Choose private locations for sensitive conversations, not in front of the team or guests
• Never be threatened by the success of others, rather celebrate the wins of those around you

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates strong Pathway knowledge and able to execute all operational Chick-fil-A procedures in their area of expertise
• Show genuine hospitality and demonstration of the Core 4 to every guest
• Provide great food, fast and accurately
• Take customer orders with genuine hospitality
• Assemble customer orders with accuracy
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, by breaking down boxes, taking stickers off dishes, sweeping floors, changing trash cans etc.
• Jolt checklists including BOH, FOH and weekly cleaning
• Manages food waste by following the cool down system, and tracking waste with Q-tally
• Following all opening and closing procedures

• Display a professional appearance and posture at all times
• Following all uniform, jewelry and hygiene requirements
• Take Initiative when seeing something out of place or dirty
• All communication is clear, concise and in a timely manner
• Time management, being on time for every shift (1 minute is late)
• Staying calm under pressure
• Customer focused, strive for them to feel immediately known
• Upholding positive team culture

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• CEM top 20%
• Jolt checklist, BOH, PREP, FOH and Weekly Cleaning 90% completion rate

PAY AND AVAILABILITY

AM school time availability 32-40 hours $12.25-$13.00
