Sweetbriar is an upscale American comfort food restaurant  using 'live-fire' cooking techniques in the food & beverage preparations. Sweetbriar has curated a menu featuring farm-fresh seasonal vegetables, expressing their natural essence with charcoal, wood & smoke. The menu also has local fish & meats prepared using the 'live-fire' method in our open kitchen. THE JOB
We are seeking a Director of Events to join our incredible passionate team. Qualifications:

• Prior high end restaurant experience
• Strong communcation skills
• Flexible availability 
• Passion for hospitality and fine dining
• able to oversee the planning, promotion, and logistics of various events .
