The Dishwasher at Locals Tacos and Tequila plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area, ensuring that clean dishes are properly stored and readily available for kitchen staff.
• Support the kitchen team by keeping dishwashing supplies, such as soap and sanitizer, stocked and ready for use.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with local health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Thoroughly clean and inspect all dishes and utensils to ensure they meet sanitation standards.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy pots and pans as required.
