What We Offer:
An Assistant Manager generally supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of crew and shift leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities Include:
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; 40 hours per week including weekends and nights. FLEXIBLE.
Shifts: 2 morning shifts and 3 night shifts (2pm -10pm)
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Must have a successful completion of a criminal background check
Fluent in English
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
Strong work ethic, energy and motivation
