Job Summary:

Belton Regional Medical Center is searching for a full-time Emergency Medicine Medical Director to become part of our prestigious practice located in Belton, Missouri. Qualified Candidates:

• Quality candidates must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine and have previous or current director experience.
• Clinical experience in high-volume, urban facility with high-acuity patients
• Understands importance and impact of Patient Experience (P/X) on patients, physicians, APP’s, and hospital administration
• Understands specifics of CMS requirements (e.g. sepsis, STEMI, CHF, pneumonia, 30-day readmissions) and importance of same

Belton Regional Medical Center is an accomplished hospital within the HCA Midwest Health System in the Kansas City area. It is a 71-bed acute care facility offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. The hospital underwent a $39.2 million-dollar renovation and expansion project from 2011-2012 to keep up with the expanding needs of the community. Belton Regional is a certified designated Level III Trauma Center.
