As a Event Manager/ Customer Communication Representative, you are the voice of MáLà Project. You play a vital role in arrainging positive and unforgettable dining experience for our potential guests. Your responsibilities include customer care, event planning and execution, client outreach and relationship building, reservations/ events platforms management,communication and coordination with the managers and events staff service, as well as working closely with branding, marketing and pr. You contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing a loving, cheerful and timely customer care.
You're honest, selfless and a bit quirky. You believe collaboration and teamwork are key drivers for success. You are an excellent communicator and are able to work with a variety of people both internally and externally. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and solve hard problems.
