Job Description - Executive Assistant

Job Details


Quince & Co is seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owners of the company. This position combines executive assistance, project management, and culinary understanding to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in MS Office applications, maintain confidentiality, and possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations and culinary terminology.


Responsibilities

  • “Gate keeper” role between Ownership and senior management team
  • Write and distribute company memos, SOP’s and Best Practices as needed.
  • Monitor email correspondence and create action/follow up lists.
  • Helping prepare for meetings and taking accurate minutes.
  • Researching and collecting data or documents as it pertains to various projects in the company.
  • Purchasing items for office as directed, filling out purchasing orders (PO’s)
  • Travel planning, which includes, coordinating travel, prepare itineraries, prepare travel expense reports.
  • Oversee professional and personal calendar: Arrange all meeting details, schedule conference rooms, catering, audio/visual/IT.
  • Project management and budgeting as needed.
  • Miscellaneous personal errands as needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience supporting ownership and/or executives required.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible
  • Driver’s License required.
  • Must be able to handle confidential, highly sensitive, urgent materials and information discreetly.
  • Understanding of a hospitality group a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-past, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative work style
  • Polished communication style
  • Ability to multitask and pivot.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to work in the office M-F required.
