Job Description - Executive Assistant to Real Estate Investment Team

Our client, a top private equity firm based in Midtown, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their real estate investment team.   Looking for a mature, organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask with ease!  This role is in person 4-5 days per week depending on the team’s activity.  

Job Details:

Client: Private Equity
Role: EA to Real Estate Investment Team
Salary: 95-125K range DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm with some flexibility as needed
Location: Midtown – NY NY
Degree: Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of real estate investment professionals – VP’s and Analysts (6-8 people)
  • Manage calendars
  • Submit and reconcile expenses reports
  • Make travel accommodations (hotel and airfare) for team
  • Restaurant reservations
  • General administrative duties include: making copies, scanning, filing, printing, binding
  • Ad hoc  projects as needed 

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • 3 years of administrative experience from professional services industries
  • Strong Ability to multi-task
  • Poise, discretion, maturity
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • Keen attention to detail is a must
  • Solid organization and planning skills
