WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of experience as an executive chef or 4+ years as a sous chef
• Proficiency in all stations and kitchen areas
• Proficiency in traditional and contemporary Italian cooking with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Excellent knife skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Cheerful outlook and ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of events, private parties, and catering

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR EXECUTIVE RESTAURANT CHEF

In this role, you inspire and lead your kitchen team in consistently creating delicious dishes for our customers. Every day, you oversee food service to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. You ensure every dish meets our recipes, quality standards, and guest specifications before letting it leave the kitchen. Attentive to detail, you monitor our inventory and are responsible for ordering all products. Additional responsibilities include hiring and mentoring new staff to develop a strong culinary team. You will develop new innovative menu items and plan daily specials.
