• Lead and manage the FIG Restaurant team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed • Act as the main character of the dining room and maintain a frequent presence on the dining room floor • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
Requirements
• Food and Beverage leadership experience required minimum 3 years • Previous Point of Sale System experience required • Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required • Managers Servsafe Certification and RBS Responsible Beverage Server ID required upon employment
