Food & Beverage Manager

Having a passion for food and beverage, you will play an integral role in driving our food, beverage and events offerings.  Your versatility and broad skill set will be showcased at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and making key operational decisions in our F&B outlets
• Assisting in achieving financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
• Creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Providing consistent performance management of all restaurant colleagues through effective communication, training, development and follow-up
• Welcome and host Seattle's premier foodies in our signature outlets
• Motivate, coach and oversee a team of professional servers and bartenders

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong knowledge in a variety of food and beverage settings
• Proven experience in managing an efficient business operation
• Possess strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
