Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities • Run the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a Love's Travel Stop location.
• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution.
• Ensure teams are well trained and delivering world-class service.
• Manage operations with annual sales volume of $2 Million+.
• Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees.
Requirements • 2 or more years of retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million + in sales.
• 2 or more years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
• Valid Driver License.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
