Overview:

As the General Manager at Milk & Honey Cafe , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our cafe's operations. You will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving the cafe's overall success. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability, growth, and reputation.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale dining.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a positive work culture.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
