A Sales Coordinator will support the Group Sales Team by receiving and distributing group leads, creating proposals, assisting with courtesy wedding block selling and detailing, and administering our site inspection program. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, detailing Banquet Event Orders/Resumes, typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones. Manage the office operations. Assist managers in disseminating hotel information to clients and hotel departments

• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
