We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help our brands stand out in the competitive hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities with the Marketing Director, from digital marketing to traditional advertising, ensuring that our brand message is consistent and compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with Marketing Director to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with Marketing Director across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of new marketing programs and initiatives to drive guest engagement and retention.
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns using guest data.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, including logistics, materials, setup, and execution.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and inquiries, and respond promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and timely responses.
  • Maintain Secret Shopper Program to track restaurant performance.
  • Keep up with restaurant reviews and organize pertinent data from various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Resy, Doordash, Uber Eats, Toast).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, design, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with social media marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with database management software.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software.
  • Restaurant experience

The Marketing & Operations Assistant will report to the Marketing Director but will also assist the CEO and COO when necessary.
